Standard process for a transaction
- Quotation is accepted by Customer
- Customer Service receives the call from the Customer to schedule
a pick up.
- The Customer prepares an on-line collection request using the
Electronic Consignment Note System managed by the Singapore National
Environmental Agency.
- The Customer Service makes the required document as driver planning
sheet and the collection order for toxic industrial waste.
- The Customer will generate a Consignment Note when TEC driver
arrives to collect the waste.
- The waste arrives at Technochem Environmental Complex site.
- The Customer Service confirms the Consignment Note data on-line
and makes a verification of the information that the Customer has
put online for TEC’s collection.
